The FINA WOMEN’S WATER POLO WORLD LEAGUE SUPER FINAL 2021 will be conducted according to the new FINA Rules.
Doping tests will be conducted at this competition in accordance with FINA rules.

All entries shall be made electronically via the FINA General Management System (GMS) via the link https://data.fina.org A Federation may enter a maximum of 21 players during the registration for this Event. Upon the Sport Entries Deadline only 15 players can remain who will travel. A team delegation can consist of 22 members plus the referee with the team.
European Union Citizens do not need an entry visa to Greece. For all other countries, Visas will be issued. Requests should be submitted until 24/5/2021. Hellenic Swimming Federation will be sending invitation letters to participating Federations in order to assist them in obtaining their visas upon request. Please take note that visa procedures may take up to a month and detailed data are requested, such as full names, Passport numbers and exact dates of entry and departure from the country. Please see the attached Guidelines and up-dates will follow related to this specific event. The exact testing protocol and arrival requirements will be provided in due time. A PCR test must be performed in 48-72 hours prior to their arrival, and the results must be sent/e-mailed to the Federation and handed over to border authorities upon arrival. All participants will be re-tested upon their arrival. The teams will be transported to their Hotel where the first Antigen and PCR Test will be performed. The teams must wait for the Antigen Test results before leaving their room. Upon arrival, during transportation and during testing, it is mandatory for all members of the delegation to wear a face mask. More details in the FINA COVID-19 Guidelines.
The Organizing Committee in cooperation with the Event COVID-19 Head Officer who is aware of the FINA, the WHO and the Greek National Public Health Organization Guidelines, will provide a detailed information package covering the required protocol for the “Bubble to Bubble”” System and the COVID-19 Testing Procedure for the Event.

Official airport is Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos (Website: http://www.aia.gr/) The OC will provide local transportation between the official airport and the host Hotels, as well as between the host Hotels and the Competition Venue. Local transportation will be provided to all team members, Delegates and Referees. The Organizing Committee will provide transportation services between the Airport, the official Hotels and the Competition/Training Venue as per FINA COVID-19 Guidelines and Regulations. Upon arrival, departure and all local transportations, all team members, Delegates and Referees must wear a face mask. Transportation schedule will be provided upon arrival.
During the training and competition period, transportation (shuttle bus) between the Competition Venue / Training Site and the official Hotels will be organized for this event. The principle to be applied is “one team per bus” at all times. Departure information will be published at the Hotel Information Desk, the day before departure. PCR test could be carried out, if it is mandatory in the destination country. COVID-19 Rules and Regulations will be applied.
Accreditation will be provided to the team members entered to the final entry form, according to FINA quotas. Upon your first arrival to the Hotel you will receive all your individual team accreditations. Throughout the competition, all information distributed through the Sport Information Desk at the entrance of the Competition/Training Venue will be presented to the team Officials. An information desk will be available at the Hotel as well.
Upon your first arrival to the Olympic Aquatic Center, you should report to the Sport Information Desk where you will be greeted by a representative. From the Sport Information Desk, you will receive all your individual team accreditations and one (1) Sport Desk Accreditation for your appointed team delegate. Accordingly, this delegate will then be asked to review and approve your National Anthem and Flag. Throughout the competition, any and all information distributed through the Sport Information Desk will only be presented to the team delegate with the proper Sport Desk Accreditation.
